The Placebo Pebble is a beautifully machined object meant for grounding and focus. It is not a medical device and makes no medical claims. No guarantees, no miracle cures—just a very nice thing to hold.

• We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or inventory errors).
• Charges are processed by our secure checkout provider (“Shop” platform). Your bank may show temporary authorizations.

4) Pre-orders & Crowdfunding

From time to time we may run campaigns (e.g., Kickstarter). Those pledges are governed by the platform’s rules and timelines. Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not promises—though we aim to beat them.

5) Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to the address you provide—please double-check it.
• Transit times vary by carrier, location, customs, and reality.
• International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and import fees.

6) Returns & Refunds

If we offer returns on your purchase, the specifics (window, condition, process) will be posted on the product or checkout page. Crowdfunding pledges generally follow the platform’s policy. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@placebopebble.com and we’ll make it right.
